AS AN ARCHITECT
With around 15 years of experience, I have collaborated and established several partnerships with various Architecture & Engineering firms (most notably Pritzker Prize Laureate Eduardo Souto de Moura for the development of two healthcare facilities in Portugal), Academia (Harvard University Graduate School of Design) as well as several others of several scopes. ​
My portfolio spans a range of projects of different scales and scopes - from single family house units to large healthcare, industrial and commercial facilities as well as urban planning.

In 2014 I’ve joined Pritzker Prize Laureate Norman Foster’s office in London and in 2015 joined P&T Group to develop the Special Forces Medical Centre (SFMC) considered one of the largest healthcare facilities in the world and currently being built in Riyadh (KSA), from Scheme Design to IFC Deliverables, using BIM.
In 2017, at P&T’s request, under the premise to continue the development of the SFMC project from a remote location, I’ve formed DC&C Partners in Lisbon, Portugal.
AS A BIM SPECIALIST
In parallel with Architecture Design, I’ve taken the passion, interest as well as the responsibility of researching and developing smarter methodologies using Building Information Modeling, in an effort to give more emphasis on the creative side of developing ideas and reducing the often mechanical, strenuous and time consuming side of the team’s workflow - whilst providing the Lead Architect Designer the correct information to allow better decision making.
Having been formally given this responsibility led up to becoming BIM Coordinator in several projects in the portfolio.

We started working together in 2015 whilst I worked at P&T Architects in Dubai on a megaproject in Saudi Arabia on a major healthcare project and I have known him for six years. Initially Fabio worked in Dubai for the first two years and as the project developed, continued to work on the project remotely back in Portugal.
Fabio worked as architect on what was a very complex hospital, which was one of the first schemes to be fully implemented in a BIM environment by P&T.
