ARCHITECTURAL BIM FAMILY CREATION

Creation of Parametric Revit families for various architectural elements such as doors & windows, walls, furniture railings & staircase, casework, foundation, entourage, etc. as per Office SMP with all required embebbed data as per project needs.

SITE MODELING

Creation of a topographical surface with varying elevations from 2D CAD file, and development by adding building elements, building mass, retaining walls and entourage elements.

CAD DRAFTING TO ARCHITECTURAL BIM

Development of 3D model from preexisting CAD 2D drawings as part of the office or project migration from CAD to BIM. This coordinated Architectural BIM model can be used for design validation and clash detection.

BIM LOD 100 – 500 SCHEDULING

Development of 3D models of Levels of Detailing LOD 100 to LOD 500 with all related scheduled data to facilitate timely and informed decision making and results.

COORDINATION

Perform BIM Coordination between Architectural, MEP and Structural disciplines, while marking up any clashes or discrepancies that require a design change by any party involved.
